If you are ready for change we can do some great work together. If you are not sure you are able to make change, I will partner with you to discover that boundary and practice having a different relationship with it. You don’t have to be in anxiety/depression/overwhelm alone. Reach out and I will be happy to hear from you.

Couples Therapy

How to become more secure in relation? How do I feel heard and understood while maintaining dignity in partnership?

I will help you to see your problems and stuck spots in a different and more compassionate way and then find words to speak for those parts rather than from those parts.

Group Therapy

Group therapy is unique because you can see others in a similar struggle to learn from or even share your own triumphs that are helpful for others to hear. You can inspire and be inspired and that is something special.

Insurances Accepted: Premera, Regence, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Anthem, Lifewise, and First Choice Health

Insurance will cover the fee minus copay, co-insurance, and deductible.

Insurance does not cover group therapy
