Individual Therapy

If you are ready for change we can do some great work together. If you are not sure you are able to make change, I will partner with you to discover that boundary and practice having a different relationship with it. You don’t have to do this alone. Reach out and I will be happy to hear from you.

How to become more secure in relation? How do I feel heard and understood while maintaining the dignity of my partnership? I will help you to see your problems and stuck spots in a different and more compassionate way.

Group Therapy

Group therapy is unique because you can see others in a similar struggle to learn from or even share your own triumphs that are helpful for others to hear. You can inspire and be inspired and that is something special.
